The user is firstly presented with a welcome message screen, which should include details, how to register, amend their details and unregister. The user will click the register button to access the registration form; they complete the form and then click the register button at the bottom of the form.
The user has the option at any point to amend their own registration details
using the supplied Login ID and Password supplied to them upon completing
the registration form.

The user can at any point click the "Unregister" button to remove
their details from your registration database.
The user clicks "Unregister" and will be presented with two options, first option "Yes, I want to unregister" or "No, I want to stay registered". If the user chooses "Yes, I want to unregister" their details will be remove PERMANENTLY from the database.
